We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and systems-driven RN to join our leadership team as a Clinical Care Manager / RN Supervisor.

Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Days determined at hire (flexible based on team needs)
Compensation & Perks

What You’ll Do
As RN Supervisor, you’ll oversee the clinical operations of your shift, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
You’ll serve as a key leader—supporting nursing staff, coordinating with providers, and ensuring strong clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Coordinate resident care, treatments, and medication administration
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and families
- Assess residents and respond to changes in condition or emergencies
- Lead admissions, discharges, and care planning collaboration
- Investigate incidents (falls, skin issues, etc.) and implement prevention strategies
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and workflow efficiency
- Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives
- Support staff development, coaching, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license (Michigan)
- 3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable handling clinical emergencies and independent decisions
- A team-first mindset with a focus on accountability and professionalism
