Responsibilities
- Execute an exceptional omakase experience with precision, hospitality, and artistry
- Work with premium fish and seasonal ingredients, ensuring quality and consistency
- Contribute creative input on new menu items and evolving omakase offerings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Uphold the standards and vision of Norikase
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Omakase Chef or Sushi Chef in a fine dining setting
- Strong background in Japanese cuisine and traditional omakase service
- Advanced knife skills and experience with whole fish breakdown
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of presentation and guest interaction
- Team focused mindset with a desire to grow and improve
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and service hours
