Noridian is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support one or more senior-level executives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
- Screen emails, organize communications, and respond to basic inquiries on behalf of executives
- Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reporting
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with light project management, document preparation, and research tasks
- Maintain records, digital filing systems, and workflow tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- Provide general administrative support to help streamline executive productivity
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative coordinator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive information
- Comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines with minimal supervision
