Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail and outside sales environments to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Support distributor communications and maintain product information.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, follow-up, and excellent service.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing orders accurately and updating customer accounts as necessary.
- Support marketing by assisting in new release launches, product samples and promotional materials.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced enviroment.
- Positive attitude as well as strong communication and customer service skills
