JOB TITLE: Study Hall Paraprofessional - Senior High
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
REPORTS TO: Senior High Administrator(s)
RECEIVES GUIDANCE FROM: Senior High Administrator(s)
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 35 hours/week; 9 months
EVALUATION: Senior High administrator(s) will evaluate the individual annually
JOB GOAL: Provide supervision and instructional support to students assigned to study hall
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Supervise students in study hall, implement building behavior and academic expectations, and take daily attendance
- Develop positive relationships with staff and students
- Operate office equipment, as needed
- Filing responsibilities, as needed
- Prepare assignment requests
- Help organize and participate in schedule pick-up and open house
- Monitor students assigned to online learning
- Minotor academic progress/grades of all study hall students
- Communicate with classroom teachers about academic progress of students
- Other duties as assigned
