What You'll Do
- Support full team alignments across active jobsites — running material, tools, and parts where the crew needs them
- Assist with punch list work — finish details, corrections, and final touch-ups that get a job to completion
- Provide field support to Project Managers, helping keep jobs on schedule and communication flowing between the field and office
- Help with cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry tasks as needed
- Move between jobsites to fill in wherever support is needed that day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Work alongside Apprentices, carpenters, and PMs as part of a crew
Requirements
- 2–3 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or related jobsite experience
- Comfortable reading plans and following installation instructions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (daily travel between job sites required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
