Outside Sales Rep. — New Mexico & Arizona Territory
Successful candidate will live in or near Albuquerque, New Mexico
Norfolk Iron & Metal is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to represent our company across the New Mexico and Arizona markets. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives on daily customer interaction, territory ownership, and turning market opportunities into year-over-year growth in sales volume and profitability.
In this role, you will engage effectively with a diverse array of core customers, including those in the stainless and aluminum manufacturing industries, sheet metal fabrication, and plate and structural steel sectors.

What You’ll Do:
Own the road. Know the customer. Grow the territory.
- Travel extensively throughout New Mexico and Arizona with daily customer-facing activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent in-person visits and responsive follow-up.
- Grow sales volume and profitability by expanding the customer base and deepening existing accounts.
- Gather customer feedback, monitor market conditions, and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate customer needs, competitive activity, and market changes to management and coworkers.
- Support company marketing and sales strategies through active territory development.
