Location: Colorado Region 

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $125,000 DOE 

Travel: Up to 70%

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals through clear communication, training, and performance management.
• Travel throughout the region to strengthen customer relationships, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities to grow market share.
• Analyze annual budgets and monthly/quarterly performance reports, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Champion compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.

Sales Growth & Profitability

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive market share growth and achieve sales objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance expectations.
