New Home Sales Associate Summary
The new home sales associate is responsible for the sale of new construction for the community(ies) assigned to you. New Home Sales Associate Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Develop relationships with potential prospects and real estate agents.
- Prepare and oversee the maintenance of the Model you demonstrate.
- Maintains knowledge of the current housing market including surrounding community, market and competition.
- Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Attends meetings with project manager and customers including pre-construction, pre-drywall and verification walks.
- Meet weekly with sales manager, project managers and production manager at each job site to review job progress and challenges.
- Responsible for maintaining meeting minutes.
- Communicate weekly with clients to answer questions and provide progress on their homes.
- Enter all prospects into CRM on a timely basis and maintain communication.
- Responsible for keeping MLS, marketing materials and Web pages up to date.
- Utilize ERP system to process all contract documents.

This is a full-time position which typically involves 40 hours per week. The hours of work and days are Saturday thru Wednesday 9-5 Thursday and Friday off. This position occasionally requires longer hours.
Travel The employee will occasionally be required to travel to the design studio and offsite meetings.
Required Education and Experience * Valid driver license * Current automobile insurance
- Must have own vehicle * Builder sales person license must be obtained within 30 days of hire Preferred Education and Experience * Associate’s degree in related field * 3 - 5 years’ experience in new home construction sales
