Job Description
Responsible for the overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilities and equipment at the highest level of efficiency. Responsible for all personnel-related matters and for ensuring full compliance with all applicable safety, fire, and building codes. Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.
- Administer overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilities and equipment at the highest level of efficiency.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff.
- Develop and coordinate implementation of procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and building codes.
- Possess thorough knowledge of operation; maintenance and repair of boilers; electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems; plumbing and mechanical equipment.
- Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs.
- Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.
- Maintain and oversee purchasing and parts inventories.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of the electrical, air conditioning and heating, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Salary : $93,000 - $150,000
