Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recycled Parts Sales Professional located in Garretson, SD. The day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service and satisfaction, managing inventory control, and selling auto parts via phone, in-store, and e-commerce platforms. The role requires close coordination with different departments to ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers. Employment preference will be given to candidates who speak Spanish or are veterans
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in Inventory Control
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with auto parts and the automotive industry is a must
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement
