What You’ll Be Doing as Human Resources Specialist
- Personally manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Roll up your sleeves to solve employee issues and improve HR processes.
- Partner directly with leaders while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR operations.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen the employer brand.
- Develop HR policies, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Drive engagement, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- You enjoy being a hands-on HR professional.
- You're comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
- You have strong working knowledge of federal and NY State employment laws and regulations.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
