What You’ll Be Doing
- Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
- Perform detailed material take-offs with high accuracy
- Assist in bid preparation by providing accurate project estimates and coordinating with sales team
- Develop and refine proposals from budgetary phase through final bid submission
- Interface with customers regarding scope changes and clarifications
- Prepare and submit change orders reflecting scope updates
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
About You
- 3 or more years of experience in construction or estimating
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents
- High attention to detail, especially in take-offs and quantities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus
- Degree in Construction Management or Drafting helpful
