The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting the Houseware Coatings Department by performing various routine production tasks to ensure high-quality products for our customers. This individual contributes to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.

The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting the Houseware Coatings Department by performing various routine production tasks to ensure high-quality products for our customers. This individual contributes to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
What You Will Get To Do
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Load and unload products onto the paint line, washer, and oven conveyor belts.
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met; promptly report any issues to the Group Leader.
- Clean and maintain fixtures as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader.
- Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance and booth filter changes as needed.
- Use electric pallet jack or stacker lift to move parts between production areas.
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Properly dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or the equivalent preferred.
- 6 months of experience with manufacturing equipment or machines preferred.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills with Supervisors, Group Leaders, and co-workers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills; proficiency with a calculator.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
