Youth Soccer Coach

Nordic Soccer is the San Fernando Valley's favorite youth soccer program, and we are growing fast. For the 2026-2027 school year we will run about 25 school sites serving roughly 1,500 kids, plus club teams and our Sunday Viking League. We are hiring experienced coaches across all of our programs. To be clear: we are hiring MANY per-session coaches, and only ONE full-time operations plus coaching position. Unless you specifically ask about the full-time role, you are applying for per-session coaching.

We are hiring coaches for:

- After-school programs

- Development programs

- Club and pre-club teams

- Rec league

- Futsal

- Female coaches to help lead our growing girls' department

What you will do:

- Coach soccer sessions for kids with high energy, structure, and fun.

- Follow the Nordic approach and keep every player active, safe, and improving.

- Build great relationships with players and families.

Pay and hours:

- $50 per coaching hour. We pay for active coaching time, not setup or teardown.

- Most coach-only roles run 10 to 20 coaching hours per week.

- Equipment and goals are already on site at most locations.

What we require (please only apply if both are true):

- You are at least 21 years of age.

- You have real experience working with kids.

- You have strong soccer experience.

- You can pass a California Livescan background check and complete our required certifications before your first session. Nordic covers or reimburses these.

- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.
