- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders through regular meetings, conference calls, and site visits to foster trust and transparency.
- Analyze financial statements and interpret complex financial data to support valuation modeling, financial modeling development, and investment decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams on the preparation of quarterly earnings reports, SEC filings, and compliance documentation in accordance with securities law and financial regulations.
- Monitor market developments and regulatory changes impacting investor relations activities while ensuring adherence to industry standards of financial compliance.

Experience
- Proven experience in investor relations
- Strong background in commercial real estate
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement interpretation, valuation modeling, and financial model development for investment evaluation purposes.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences including investors and senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) along with advanced knowledge of presentation software for creating compelling investor materials.
- Understanding of securities law, industry-specific regulations governing financial markets, and public relations best practices related to investor communications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation processes, and investment management practices that support accurate reporting and compliance.
