This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Epic Ambulatory and a solid understanding of clinical and operational workflows, including nursing and back-office functions. This role requires travel onsite 50% of the time to engage with client teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project activities related to Ambulatory workflows
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to drive workflow improvements
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Support Epic-related initiatives, particularly within Ambulatory modules
- Ensure alignment between project goals and clinical operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare settings
- Strong background in Epic Ambulatory
- Understanding of clinical workflows, especially nursing and back-office operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel to Southern California as required
- Prior experience as an RN (preferred)
