Position Overview
We are hiring an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator with experience in:
- Dental offices
- Dermatology or plastic surgery
- Specialty medical practices
- High-end aesthetic clinics
This role requires professionalism, precision, and performance.
You will manage both aesthetic (cash-pay) and insurance-based medical services, ensuring smooth clinic flow and an elevated patient experience.
Schedule
Current Clinic Hours:
Tuesday–Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Monday opening soon – schedule will expand to 5 days/week)
Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, high-end patient experience
- Manage scheduling and rebooking
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations
- Process payments (insurance, HSA/FSA, memberships, retail)
- Present treatment plans and collect patient responsibility
- Drive retail sales and referral growth
- Support NP and RN Injector workflow
- Maintain documentation accuracy
- Keep clinic operations organized and efficient
You will be the first and last impression of Nordic Clinic.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years front desk experience in dental, dermatology, plastic surgery, or specialty medical practice
- Strong insurance verification and billing understanding
- Comfortable discussing treatment pricing and collecting payments
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Tech savvy
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Mangomint or similar aesthetic EMR/POS systems
- Experience managing memberships
- Retail or commission-based sales experience
Compensation
- $30/hour base pay
- Retail commission
- Referral commission
