What You’ll Do
· Own and grow a multi-state territory
· Build, develop, and expand a high-performing dealer network
· Identify gaps, recruit new partners, and unlock new markets
· Lead consultative selling efforts with dealers and end users
· Drive measurable growth in sales, margin, and market share
· Run strategic business reviews and growth plans with partners
Who You Are

· Proven at winning new business growing territories
· Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in distribution, channel sales, or industrial markets is a plus -but not required if you’re a top performer
