Currently, we are looking fora Managed Cloud Security Services Analyst to join our team in Finland.

As a key player in our Managed Cloud Security Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding our customers’ cloud environments— empowering them to innovate with confidence. If you’re passionate about threat analysis, enhancing security processes, and driving continuous improvement in a modern cloud-native setting, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while growing your expertise in a fast‑evolving domain.

Your daily responsibilities:

As a Managed Cloud Security Services Analyst, you will work with events from alerting systems to perform in-depth analysis and triage of threat activity based on established runbooks. You’ll assist in developing incident response plans, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures, while also reviewing and fine‑tuning false-positive incidents to improve accuracy. In addition, you’ll contribute to use‑case development and continuously assess the current state of security monitoring—recommending enhancements to MCSS processes, procedures, and policies to ensure robust and evolving cloud security practices.

Your key skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, excellent analytical ability, strong judgment, and the ability to deliver high performance and high levels of customer satisfaction in a matrix-managed environment.
• Mandatory experience in SIEM technology, preferably on Microsoft Sentinel.
• Device Knowledge such as Firewall, IPS/IDS, Routers/Switches.
• Security certifications: Relevant Security, Cloud and/or Microsoft related certifications
• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish!

Education and experience:

• Good understanding of network devices such as Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)/ Intrusion Prevent Systems (IPS) and firewalls
• Proficient knowledge in incident prevention, detection, and response tools. Preferable tools are Microsoft Sentinel and Defender suite.
• Knowledge of network and server security products, technologies, and protocols.

The successful candidate is expected to go through a security clearance.
