- Monitors the quality of completed tasks to ensure compliance with production and quality specifications
- Assists in training team members and ensure they receive the proper training to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Evaluate work performed by team members to identify process improvement opportunities and communicates performance observations to the Shipping Supervisor.
- Monitors and maintains visual controls to support production targets and workflow efficiency.
- Promotes a culture of safety by ensuring team compliance with all established safety policies and procedures.
- Assists the Shipping Supervisor in driving team performance and meeting established company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
