Norcon is accepting applications from Union Laborers. This role assists with day-to-day jobsite operations and works closely with field supervision and skilled trades to maintain safe, efficient work environments.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assisting trades and field staff as needed
- Handling materials and maintaining clean, organized jobsites
- Performing general labor and site support tasks
- Following all safety requirements and union work rules
- Union membership or ability to join the applicable laborers’ union
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in active construction environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Ability to travel to job sites and vendor locations
- Driver's License (Required)
