Position Details

- Pay: Competitive commission structure 100% of tips

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services
- Deliver a friendly and professional client experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Help create a positive atmosphere within the shop
- Build relationships with clients and encourage repeat appointments
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Barber License required
- Previous barbering experience preferred
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Reliable and professional
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a professional shop environment
Compensation
This position is structured around commission-based compensation, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you build your clientele and service volume.
