4th Generation Family Owned and Operated Auto Body Shop Norcini Auto Body seeking an experienced Auto Damage Appraiser/Assistant manager with experience with CCC One estimating. Spanish speaking a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine the scope of repairs needed. Provide accurate estimates for labor, parts, and materials required for repairs.
Communicate with customers regarding the repair process, including estimated completion time and cost.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed according to estimate and customer expectations.
Maintain accurate records of all estimates, invoices, and repair orders.
Assist with ordering parts and scheduling repairs as needed.
