HVAC Service Apprentice

Norca Air Conditioning and Heating Company is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic HVAC Service Technician's Helper to become a valuable addition to our team. Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Service Technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing various mechanical systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Learn from experienced technicians by observing and participating in hands-on tasks.
• Support clear and effective communication with customers while on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and contribute to efficient problem-solving.
• Participate in occasional on-call duties and after-hours work.
• Assist in driving company vehicles to job sites and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with lifting, climbing ladders, and accessing equipment as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Desire to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members.
• Fluent communication in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (insurable by the company).
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using mobile devices.
• EPA certification is advantageous.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
