The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven Operations Manager to take ownership of daily systems, coordination, and follow-through across the company. This role is designed to replace the founder’s day-to-day involvement in managing operations—ensuring that purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and office execution all run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, document, and improve operational systems and processes
• Coordinate purchasing, shipping, and inventory functions
• Ensure communication and accountability among team members
• Track KPIs and follow up on tasks through completion
• Identify and resolve breakdowns in coordination between departments
• Support the CEO by managing execution so leadership can focus on strategy
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience managing operations, logistics, or fulfillment
• Strong process and systems orientation with proven follow-through
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and hold team members accountable
• Must live within a 30-minute commute to Hackensack, NJ (traffic and weather reliability are critical)
