Production Worker

Job Title: Shutter Production Team Member

Department: Production

Position Overview:

Shutters By Design is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team. We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our shutter manufacturing production team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals interested in building high-quality custom shutters in a team-focused environment. Production roles may include sanding, assembly, priming, painting, and cutting operations.

Available Production Positions Include:

· Sanding Department

· Assembly Department

· Priming Department

· Painting Department

· Cutting Department

Primary Responsibilities:

· Sand and prepare shutters for finishing

· Assemble shutter components according to specifications

· Prime and paint shutters while maintaining quality standards

· Operate cutting equipment and follow measurements and work orders

· Read and follow sales orders and instructions

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

· Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

· Manufacturing or woodworking experience preferred

· Ability to use hand tools and production equipment

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

· Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

· Willingness to learn multiple departments

Preferred Experience

· Woodworking, cabinetry, trim, or door building experience

· Experience with sanders, spray equipment, routers, table saws, or shaper tables

Schedule:

Mon-Thurs 6:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Friday-Overtime As required

Pay: $13.50 - $16.50 per hour
