As a Insurance Account Rep for Nora Vaden Holmes State Farm, you play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations while ensuring the success of our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services to clients.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and necessary documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, following up as needed to ensure successful resolutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and solving problems.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Salary : $35,000 - $65,000
