Nora Mental Health Austin is looking for fully Licensed LPC, LCSW, & LMFT therapists to work with Child/Adolescent/Adult Mental Health clients leveraging Tele-Health/Hybrid clinical positions in the Austin area.
We have insurance contracts in place for more than 21 plans and handle the claims and billing for you.
This is an Outpatient Child and Adult Mental Health Therapist position and a great opportunity for someone who wants flexible hours to make their own schedule and is ready to join a growing practice with a great team! Our first location in Austin is opening January 2025.

$2500 signing bonus for clinicians bringing at least 15 weekly clients.
Job Description: This position is responsible for providing effective mental health intervention to assigned clients (children, adolescents, and adults), coordinating with primary care physicians, referrers, insurance carriers or other agencies, completing and maintaining documentation and records.
Major Responsibilities:
- Meets with clients to assess their needs, provides complete diagnosis, and in collaboration with clients, determines manageable problem focus and treatment priorities. Clients may include: children, adolescents, families, adults, and elders.
- Interacts effectively with each client. Works with clients and, when appropriate, their support systems to produce behavioral, cognitive, and/or emotional changes that meet treatment goals. Evaluates client progress and revises treatment plans as needed.
- Works collaboratively with payers, referrers, primary care physicians, and community agencies in providing effective treatment to clients.
- Completes all necessary documentation within required time parameters for each client. For example: assessments and treatment plans, insurance authorizations, problem-oriented progress notes, and treatment summaries.
- Must have basic computer skills: Ability to navigate the internet and basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in social work, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or counseling psychology from an accredited institution
- Must be fully licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Ed.D, Psy.D, Ph.D)
- Be familiar and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicity
We offer competitive compensation and provide two models to allow for flexibility based on each person’s needs!
- Shared revenue based on a percentage of collections and paid biweekly
or
- Hourly rate based on client sessions per week and paid biweekly
Health insurance stipend of up to $500 monthly for full-time clinicians based on client hours plus $160 CEU credit annually. Our billing team is already set up to manage billing and payment processing so you don't have to worry about that! If you apply and we hire you, we will do the work for you to be credentialed with the 21 insurance panels we have active with our Clinicians today.
This is a 1099 position allowing flexibility to manage your own time and schedule.
