Dialysis Registered Nurse
Shift - 3-12 hour shifts; Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 3am-3:30pm

Duties
- Administer dialysis treatments using advanced equipment while adhering to aseptic technique and safety protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, laboratory data review, and physiological evaluations to determine treatment plans.
- Monitor patients closely during procedures, managing complications such as acute pain or airway issues promptly and effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, post-treatment care, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health management.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, including medication administration and IV infusion protocols.
- Perform specimen collection, processing, and laboratory testing as needed for diagnostic evaluation.
Requirements
- Wisconsin RN license
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Specialized experience providing clinical dialysis care to patients in either chronic or acute setting preferred
