We are seeking a reliable, leadership-driven Screen Printing Team Lead for a full-time, in-person role. You will manage and work alongside our production team, ensuring high-quality output and strict adherence to deadlines.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of screen printing experience.
- Equipment: Proficiency with manual and automatic M&R Gauntlet III 55 machines.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of inks, chemicals, graphic reproduction, and machine maintenance.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and handle customer service/order reviews.
- Location: Must live within a 25-mile radius of the facility.
Core Responsibilities
- Production: Output quality designs quickly to meet strict project deadlines.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and work alongside the screen-printing team.
- Operations: Perform machine maintenance and follow safety protocols for large-scale printers.
- Administration: Handle paperwork review, approvals, and post-job documentation.
- Physical: Stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
