Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Speech Language Pathologist located in Lovington, NM. The Speech Language Pathologist will help assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include creating personalized therapy plans, documenting patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families on techniques to support treatment goals. This role caters our PEDS patients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and the treatment of Speech disorders
- Experience in working with Dysphagia and Communication Disorders
- Familiarity with the assessment and treatment of Language Disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients and healthcare teams
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and a valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
