Duties Include:
- Understand and comply with the laws and regulations governing job activities, ethical and legal standards set forth in the Nor-Lea Compliance Program Plan and Code of Conduct.
- Accurately oversee scheduling, recruitment, credentialing and curricular management. Ensuring adequate coverage, compliance with policies and timely completion of all required steps.
- Maintain continuous ACGME accreditation readiness by monitoring standards, ensuring required documentation is current, supporting timely preparation and follow-up for annual reviews and site visits.
- Proactively manage property and space requirements for resident educational areas, ensuring readiness, safety and regulatory compliance through regular inspections, timely work orders and documented follow-up.
- Ensure all milestones are completed accurately, on time and ensure residents, faculty, and partners receive clear, timely information.
- Track and meet all deadlines for accreditation, evaluations, institutional reporting and resident placement, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate and delivered within required timeframes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date databases; produce timely, error-free institutional reports. Organize and safeguard program documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, coordinate and support resident orientations, events and academic activities, ensuring logistics are completed on schedule, materials are prepared accurately and feedback is collected and used for continuous improvement.
