This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hayward, CA, with opportunities for remote work. As an Experienced HHG Consumer (COD) Sales Consultant, you will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing for household goods moving services. Responsibilities include consulting with customers, providing accurate cost estimates, addressing inquiries, customizing services to meet client needs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and on-time delivery while fostering strong relationships with clients to build repeat business.
- Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide exceptional client experiences
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for building relationships and delivering clear, accurate estimates
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
- Industry knowledge or experience in the moving and storage sector is a plus
