About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for and participate in simulation events using provided case scripts
- Accurately portray assigned roles and remain in character during interactions
- Recall encounter details and provide objective feedback using standardized tools
- Participate in required training sessions and occasional mentorship
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strict confidentiality
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Acting, theatre, film, or performance experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional maturity
- Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or in teams
- Ability to travel to campus and simulation locations as needed
- Some simulations include minimal medical examination techniques (e.g., pulse checks, joint or muscle examinations)
- Part‑time, PRN (schedule varies by course needs)
- Work performed primarily on campus in Provo, Utah
- Help to shape the next generation of physicians through impactful, hands-on education
- Hourly pay of $20.00 per hour
