Now Hiring Intercept Interviewers in Arlington VANoor Staffing Group is seeking experienced, Intercept Interviewers for a short-term assignment at DCA Airport. As an Intercept Interviewer, you will receive paid training, work in a fast-paced environment, engage with travelers, and collect data to improve airport concessions. Interviewers must be persuasive, energetic, friendly, and self-motivated, but also organized and detail-oriented. This position offers $24.00 per hour PLUS a $5/hour completion bonus if yousuccessfully completing the project in good standing. Good standing means consistently reporting to all scheduled shifts on time, following company and client policies, completing assigned duties as instructed, maintaining professional conduct, and not being subject to disciplinary action or early removal from the assignment due to performance, attendance, or policy violations.Must have a Real ID or current US Passport What to Know About This RoleThis is a short-term assignment from Friday, April 10th to Thursday, April 16th, 2026Complete required airport badging at DCA by required deadlinesComplete all required new-hire onboarding documents, including Form I-9 and acceptable supporting documentation, within the required timeframeAttend a 2 hour, mandatory, paid virtual training on April 7th Responsibilities of an Intercept Interviewer:Walking between concourses to assigned locations at DCA AirportConduct surveys verbatim using a project provided tabletBe responsible for tablet and all other study materialsKeep respondent information and survey details confidentialArrive on timeCommunicate with supervisor and be responsive to daily updatesComplete all other tasks as assigned by managementQualifications & Requirements:Must have a Real ID or current US PassportPrevious intercept, field data collection or interviewing experience preferredHigh school diploma or GEDPersuasive, professional, and energetic communication styleDetail-oriented and reliable with strong attendanceMust have reliable transportationMust treat all respondents with sincere professionalismTraining, Schedule, and ShiftsComplete a mandatory, paid online training and a 2-hour, live virtual training prior to first shiftThe dates for this round of data collection will be Friday, April 10th to Thursday, April 16th, 2026Interviewers are required to work all days of data collectionInterviewers must work a 6-hour shift and either be available for the morning (6am-12pm) or afternoon (2pm-8pm). (The afternoon shift for the first day of data collection, April 10th will be from 1pm-7pm.)Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
