Job Title: Airport Survey Interviewer
Location: Newark Liberty International Airport
Pay: $30.50/hour
On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced, professional individuals to conduct in-person passenger surveys at the Newark Liberty International Airport. This role involves engaging travelers and collecting accurate, unbiased data for airport and tourism research.
Responsibilities
*
Conduct 5–10 minute passenger surveys (tablet & paper)
*
Approach travelers professionally and ensure random selection
*
Provide instructions and collect completed surveys
*
Maintain strict data integrity (no influencing responses)
*
Use tablet/mobile apps for reporting and timekeeping
Requirements
*
20 years of overall work experience
*
Prior in-person market research or field interviewing experience preferred
*
Strong work ethic, organization, and professionalism
*
Comfortable with technology (tablet, apps, WiFi)
*
Able to stand/walk and carry light supplies (~15 lbs.)
*
Must pass federal background check
*
Must be local to assigned airport
*
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Schedule & Transportation
*
2–4 shifts per week available
*
4:30 AM - 10:30 AM (Priority Shift)
*
5:00 PM - 11:00PM
*
6:00 PM - 12:00PM
*
Employees are responsible for their own transportation to/from the airport
*
Parking passes may be provided for the Airport Survey project only
Additional Info
*
Paid airport badging process (4–6 hours)
*
Badge approval may take 3–4 weeks
*
Multiple shifts available (early morning, afternoon, evening)
Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
