Opportunity:

CALL - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Call position requiring 12-15 days per month

• Day shift position with rotating after-hours and weekend call approximately 50% of the month

• Work in a procedure area with 2 cath labs, 1 EP lab, and 1 IR Neuro lab

• Patient ratio is 1:1

• Cath Lab Techs must be experienced in scrubbing and panning

• Cath Lab RNs must be experienced in circulating

• Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Neuro experience preferred

• Perform diagnostic and interventional heart caths and interventional radiology procedures

• Operate equipment including Temporary Pacemaker, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Impella, Penumbra, Shockwave, IVUS, IFR, and GE Mac Lab monitoring/Innova imaging

• EMR systems used: Mac Lab and Meditech

• Float areas include Emergency Department, Discharge Lounge, and other areas within skill set as needed

• Dress code: Seal blue scrubs

• Required certifications for Cath Lab Techs: RCIS, ACLS, R.T., ARRT, R.T. (R) ARRT

• Required certifications for Nurses: RN, ACLS

• Assertive personality type preferred

This facility is a full-service medical center offering a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory equipped with advanced imaging and monitoring technology. The facility operates multiple specialized labs including cardiac cath, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology/neuro labs, supported by experienced multidisciplinary teams.
