Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to take a lead role on high-stakes, complex matters. This is a career-track position for someone who thrives in sophisticated litigation environments and enjoys mentoring others while owning substantive casework from intake through trial.
What You’ll Do

- Own case organization: calendaring systems to track filings and deadlines, plus document management workflows for both paper and electronic files
- Take point on trial and arbitration logistics — securing workspace, standing up remote war rooms, and managing vendors — while coordinating with courts, government agencies, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Drive discovery and witness preparation support; draft, review, and analyze legal documents and conduct research under attorney direction
- Train and mentor developing paralegals, and handle sensitive client information with the highest level of discretion
What You Bring
- 5 years of litigation paralegal experience at a large national firm or specialized litigation boutique, with hands-on involvement in every stage of litigation — including trial, arbitration, and hearing prep and attendance
- Demonstrated success managing trial logistics and building document management processes
- Strong cite-checking skills and command of Bluebook conventions; experience with court and agency filings, including e-filing
- Proficiency with e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Nuix Discover, or similar) plus Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Adobe Acrobat; litigation support tools like CaseMap or LiveNote a plus
- Composure under pressure, sharp judgment, polished communication, and the flexibility to juggle shifting priorities — equally effective leading a team or supporting one
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate a plus
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as matters require
