Located in the heart of Lake Havasu, our ED manages everything from high-acuity trauma and environmental emergencies to seasonal surges driven by our vibrant tourism and outdoor community. How you'll contribute
A ED Director who excels in this role:
Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Emergency Department.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess a Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Education: Master's degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred
Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care
Experience: Emergency Department nursing and proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department required.
