Job Responsibilities :
- You will be the driving force behind our service operations, ensuring every roofing project not only meets but exceeds client expectations
- You'll be the key player connecting our field teams, logistics, and clients, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards
- Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and proactive problem-solving within our service team
- Your core focus as a Service Manager will be to ensure that all roofing services meet high-quality standards and comply with industry best practices, while maintaining a safe work environment
- You will work to optimize resource allocation, manage project budgets, and meet deadlines as well as foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or defects in roofing repairs and installations
