Prepare and cook menu items following executive chef standards and written recipes

Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary supplies before service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and back-of-house areas

Follow all food-handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP / ServSafe)

Coordinate with fellow cooks and expediter to ensure accurate, on-time plate delivery

Assist with daily prep, inventory rotation, and breakdown/closing duties

Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring every dish meets Noor's client expectations

2 years of recent line-cook experience in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen

Solid knife skills and proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment

Ability to read and execute standardized recipes consistently

Stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, “yes-chef” attitude

Punctual, reliable, and professional in both appearance and demeanor
