Banquet Bartender

Noor Staffing Group is seeking polished and professional Banquet Bartenders to join our hospitality team for high-end corporate, social, and institutional events across New York City. We partner with luxury venues, catering companies, and exclusive private events that require top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages in a high-volume banquet setting

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the event

• Provide exceptional guest service while upholding venue standards

• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and bar closing procedures

• Work collaboratively with captains, servers, and event staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience (banquet or high-volume preferred)

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology

• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments

• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and punctuality are a must

• TIPS Certification is a plus

• Must have black bartender uniform (black button-down, black pants, black slip-resistant shoes)

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
