**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and effective communication. This role involves interacting with customers, assisting with their paint needs, mixing paint and contributing to the overall success of the retail sales team.
**Duties:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, mixing, purchases, and product information.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Upsell products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Assist in ordering merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in customer service or paint retail sales is preferred, but not necessary.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of Sketchup or layout design is advantageous.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in upselling products and remodeling concepts is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
