This role will help launch and iterate on high-impact growth experiments, lead UX improvements, and influence scalable design practices that directly support acquisition and retention.

About The Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Growth Product Designer to improve the sign-up and purchase experience for Noom Med on our Growth Optimization team. This role will help launch and iterate on high-impact growth experiments, lead UX improvements, and influence scalable design practices that directly support acquisition and retention.
You Will
- Partner with PMs and designers to shape, design, and execute A/B tests and product rollouts.
- Conduct UX/UI audits and identify quick wins for design-led improvements.
- Drive strategic design initiatives to elevate user experience and improve key growth metrics.
- Expand our design system with components tailored to growth use cases.
- Establish cross-functional UX collaboration strategies with product, engineering, and research.
- Contribute to a culture of feedback, mentorship, and design knowledge sharing.

You Have
- 5 years of in-house or agency design experience, preferably at a fast-paced startup.
- B2C growth design experience preferred, with a strong grasp of experimentation and hypothesis-driven iteration.
- A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strong UX fundamentals, a bias for action, and measurable business impact.
- Comfort with data and metrics, and a curiosity for learning quickly through testing and iteration.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with freemium strategies is a plus.
- High-impact role with direct influence on user growth and business outcomes.
- Collaborative and mission-driven team environment.

- Full ownership of design strategy across key parts of the product experience.
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$207,000.
- This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.

- Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
