Build and scale Nooks’ integrations (SEP, CRM, Call Logging, ETL) so customer workflows connect seamlessly into the Dialer.
What You'll Work On
- Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs CRMs
- Own data pipelines to handle billions of data points (Tasks, Prospects, Accounts, ETL, retries, rate limits).
- Drive reliability and monitoring for integrations (uptime, latency, error rates).
- Collaborate with Product and GTM on customer-impactful integration priorities.
- Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer.
- 6–10 years backend experience, with strong SaaS integrations work.
- Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting.
- Strong systems background with focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring
- History of building frameworks for integrations (not just point-to-point).
