Your Day in the Life
- Support the development and execution of our Student Ambassador Social Program, helping coordinate content, communication, and participant engagement
- Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and community management across multiple platforms
- Monitor social channels and identify opportunities to engage with team members, guests, ambassadors, and local communities
- Help collect, organize, and curate user-generated content for future employment branding and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate local restaurant marketing (LRM) initiatives tied to new restaurant openings, community events, and local partnerships
- Assist with creating marketing toolkits, promotional materials, and communication resources for restaurant teams
- Support event planning and logistics for community outreach activities and grand opening celebrations
- Track campaign performance, ambassador participation, and engagement metrics to support reporting and future recommendations
- Partner with Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule
- Provide administrative and project support for special marketing, recruiting, and brand initiatives as needed
- You're social media savvy. You understand what makes content engaging and enjoy staying current on trends and platforms
- You're organized. You can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details without losing track of priorities
- You're creative and collaborative. You enjoy brainstorming ideas while also helping bring them to life
- You're comfortable communicating with a variety of audiences, from students and restaurant teams to marketing partners
- You're proactive. You enjoy finding solutions, taking initiative, and helping projects move forward
- You're adaptable. No two days look exactly the same, and you're excited by variety
- You have strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, marketing, communications, student organizations, or community engagement is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is preferred
- This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We're seeking candidates who reside locally
