Job Title: Front of House Team Member
Noodlebird is looking for friendly, dependable Front of House Team Members to join our growing team. We're a fast-paced, counter-service restaurant focused on genuine hospitality, great food, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
Our Front of House team is cross-trained across every station. We're looking for team members who are excited to learn, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable jumping in wherever the business needs them.
Part-Time Position-
Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is required

Must also be available to work Wednesday and Thursday as business needs require

24 hours minimum per week

Thursday–Sunday availability is required

Four 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours)
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation is required.
Primary Responsibilities:-
Host and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude

Take guest orders accurately using the Toast POS system

Answer menu questions and provide recommendations

Run food and beverages to guests
-
Package takeout and delivery orders accurately

Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, beverage station, and service areas

Bus and reset tables throughout service
-
Restock front-of-house supplies
-
Learn menu items, allergens, and daily specials
-
Communicate effectively with both Front of House and Back of House teams

Assist with opening and closing duties

Bartend
-
Expedite orders
-
Prepare salads and cold dishes (Garmo)
All Front of House team members are expected to learn and become proficient in every Front of House station, including:

Food Running

Expo

Garmo (Cold Station)

Bartending (if applicable)

Hosting
Our team regularly rotates between stations based on the needs of the business, so flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Physical & Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout each shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive movements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and fellow team members
