As a Prep/Line Cook at Noodle Lab Kendall Square, you'll play a key role in crafting the fresh, flavorful dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and portioning ingredients, including trimming meats, chicken, vegetables, and herbs with precision.
- Assisting with cooking and assembling menu items during service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to the highest standard.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and consistent quality.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- Strong knife skills, particularly for trimming meats, chicken, vegetables, and herbs.
- A passion for food and attention to detail in every dish you prepare.
- ServSafe and Allergen Certification are a plus, but not required.
- A team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
