Minder Meats is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front-End Associate/Cashier to be the welcoming face of our retail space. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning about quality food products, this could be the perfect fit.
You'll play a key role in creating a standout shopping experience-answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring every customer leaves confident (and excited) about what they're taking home.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and help them choose the right cuts of meat for their needs
- Accurately package, label, and weigh products to customer specifications
- Operate the cash register and process transactions quickly and accurately
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist with inventory tracking, stocking, and product rotation
- Build positive relationships with customers and handle questions or concerns professionally
